Some basic information about membership:
To be an active member, you need to apply or renew your membership at least 30 days prior to our Annual General Meeting, as this is when the list is renewed. Anyone who has not renewed his or her membership since the last Annual General Meeting will be automatically removed from the list. You may renew your membership up until the time of the meeting, however, only those members who have renewed their membership at least 30 days prior to the meeting are eligible to vote at the meeting.
